I was very disappointed to see that I actually went from Ruby to Onyx level and lost 1 20 dollar voucher and 10 dollars less on the weekly free play amount. I went with the same group of friends as I usually do, we started talking about the rewards card and the different levels.
This was at around 11 pm, and the casino was not busy at all. Went there last night and got fed up waiting over 2 hours for a soda, I went to one of the little shops to buy my own. 2 weeks ago, someone from the Turning Stone responded to post about the lack of beverage servers.I am guessing they have not talked to beverage manager yet.
